My first voice experience was a station identification announcement at WBAA, Indiana's oldest radio station, at Purdue University. That was about 50 years ago. I turned on the microphone, the red light came on, and I turned to jelly. I hope my shaking voice was able to be heard.
Fast forward fifty years through ten radio stations, two television stations, and various other organizations needing voice work, we arrive at the present. I'm now set up on my own to write copy, voice it, edit it, add music and effects, and deliver it for any of the myriad of places where professional voice talent is used. Those areas are many and varied from the usual radio and TV commercials and promos, to podcasts, movie trailers, program narration, audio books, store casts, interactive voice response (IVR) on telephone systems, and PA announcements in public places, to name just a few.
To get an audition and/or a quote for a project, I can be contacted directly through my website, www.speheger.com. I can also be hired through Voice123. My profile there is at www.stevanspeheger.voice123.com. I look forward to working with you on your next project where a voice is needed.
